In 2018 we could buy a locker ticket beforehand. But for 2019 I don't find any possibility to buy locker tickets..
However I did see that there is now again a VIP package, which does include a locker ticket.. (but also almost doubles the price of a weekend ticket)
Will there be a possibility in the near future to buy such locker tickets beforehand ? or will it be a VIP-feature only and will we have to queue for a locker at the event itself ?

Lockers are available now separately as well. If you already have a ticket you can just click on continue without selecting a ticket and then order.
