This gun prop legal?

asking if this gun prop is legal.
If no, is it a big prop? (110 cm)

Dutch law says this about it:
- Does it look like a gun from a nice distance away?
- Could police mistake it to be a real gun?
If yes, it's illegal under Dutch law.

Is this a big prop....
- Can you hit people with it?
- If you swing it around, coould people get hurt?
If yes, it's a big prop.
