Deshima sounds

Post by Yaichii » May 11th, 2016, 11:12 pm

I've got a question about the bands which are going to Animecon. Is Deshima Sounds coming to Animecon even though there's no sign of them on the program timeline?

Hi there,

Yes, there will be a Deshima Sounds party on Saturday.
We will release more information about that soon, once Neodash Zerox has returned from Japan.

Can you guys bring back JAKAZiD next year? His 2015 set at Deshimasounds and workshop were glorious. And he's a cool guy to boot.

Seconding this, his set was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed the anison remix workshop. Definitely would like to see him back!

Could Dejimasounds do the same live chat/poll box they did last year at Abunai? That stuff was really awesome!

How about getting Kero Kero Bonito to perform at deshimasounds? They are from London, but the singer is bilingual, the second language of course being Japanese. They have their own unique thing, and I'm quite sure the diverse audience at Animecon will jam to it. Here are a couple of live performances with a crowd that knows how to jam:
