Ticketbooth mail function restored

Last Sunday our hosting company installed a new mail filter that blocked all our outgoing mail because of an old bug workaround our code was using.

We have solved this problem and the booth now works again as intended, only the previously sent mails are still in quarantine. The provider will release them tomorrow so everybody should get his / her ticket after all.
