JAM Project tickets

Postby yugai21 » February 8th, 2018, 7:16 pm

In 2016 we had to wait 2 hours for the main eventto begin.
Plus there were other issues as well.
If for example i were to buy the €70 vip ticket.
Would i be getting a refund?

And in what scenario’s and situations would we be getting a refund?
Because in order to avoid a lot of complaing.
I think it’s for the best to set some rules And regulations as well.

Fyi i didn’t buy this ticket.
It’s just an example.

Hi Yugai,
If management of the band postpones the concert in any venue with any band for a certain time, you will not be refunded.
Unless of course, the band is not performing at all. In that case, with any concert, you usually get either a re-scheduled concert or your money back.

The same rules apply for our band performances.
If we can not start a concert in time due to the band not being ready to perform as stated by band management, you, like we, will have to wait.
In 2017, we did NOT have to wait, and the concert started in time.
Now, part of the management for last year's artist is back to help out JAM Project, so we are hoping on an on timely start.

A refund will be given should the artist not perform.
This is exactly the same as with any concert by any artist, even B list artists.

We plan the time for the concert to start in cooperation with band management.
We always do. We assume that JAM Project will be ready in time.
We have planned more than enough space for the artists to get ready and do a one hour rehearsal.
This should, reasonably, be enough.

With a VIP ticket, only the cost of the concert ticket will be refunded if the artist does not perform, as you will still have all the other prerogatives a VIP ticket brings.

Then it might be an idea to put this under house rules/huisregels as well.
Just a thought.
