Two Questions

Post by DutchEnthousiast » January 9th, 2016, 10:28 pm

Hello everyone. The subject says it all.

1) Are the Dutch Manga Awards being held every year?

2) Do the manga people can submit need to be in Dutch?

Thanks in advance. :D

Regards,

DutchEnthousiast

P.S. Ik ben gewoon Nederlands hoor, maar ik wilde even zeker zijn dat het door zoveel mogelijk mensen werd gelezen.

There are however additional rules.

* Your manga/comic/stripverhaal has to be printed on paper, webcomics are excluded unless they are also published on paper.
* You have to be small press, you yourself must be the publisher, no publishing through an agency.
* It has to be on sale at least on one of the anime- or comics-related festivals in the Netherlands.
* It has to be published somewhere in 2015. Works published after 1 January 2016 will have to wait for the 2017 DMA.

I just corrected Roberts post: the Dutch Manga Awards 2016 are for doujinshi works published in 2015. Anything published in 2016 will have to wait for 2017 to enter.

Ja, dat had ik al uit zijn laatste regel opgemaakt, maar nu weet ik het zeker. Bedankt! :)
