No reply to gophers application

I'd love to help the out the festival by volunteering as gopher but didn't receive an reply through the online form yet.
I read that it might have some problems. Is there another email address i can contact to apply as gopher?

Hi Tabetha,
please send us a mail at gopherplanning at animecon dot nl.
Wecan't solve the problem that sometimes mail does not get send through the form.
It's completely random

Hi Niels!

Thank you for your quick reply. I send an email to the gopherplanning mail adress you gave me but still haven't received a response. (the mail was send on the 19th of January)
Is there anything else i can do?
